Hello, friend!
Welcome. I'm a self-taught illustrator, designer and fine artist living and working in my home state of Montana. I also happen to be raising two pretty girls here who have their dad’s blonde hair and their mom’s love for learning and creativity. I started out with two degrees in science with a concentration in medicine before following my heart back to art and design, right where it belongs. Raised on a very rural farm and ranch in Eastern Montana, I learned early to be creative, determined, and inventive. With an imagination that loves a challenge, I'm often inspired by the little things and lovely details I find in everyday life.
I've been honored to work in a wide array of projects, but my biggest passion is art and illustration for surface design. With an eye for rich colors and design with depth, I spend my days creating art for all kinds of industries, including stationery, wall art and giftware, as well as logo and illustrated marketing design. I pride myself in problem-solving, detail-driven skills that can bring beautiful design to any part of your product or business.
My path is not the typical artist’s path, but it’s certainly one that I’ve joyfully embraced. The list of creative pieces I am privileged to handle from day to day while working from my studio allows me to merge both sides of my personality - technical, problem-solving focus married with flowing creativity and inspiration. Let’s add in the fun of a husband who brews beer, a love of cycling adventures all over Western Montana, a little yoga, and the busy life of a competitive swim team family. This is where I thrive.
I'm so honored you've stopped by, and I can’t wait to hear about your newest passion and how I can help bring it to life!
By designing for so many different clients and products I’ve honed a versatile set of skills that I’m excited to put to work for you. I'm available for remote freelance work, and if you think I'm the right fit to help you develop something wonderful, email me now and we can get started on your next project!
